By accessing and using Lumira ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Entertainment Purposes Only

IMPORTANT: Lumira is provided solely for entertainment purposes.

All content provided through the Service — including AI-generated soulmate sketches, readings, compatibility reports, and any other personalized content — is for entertainment only and should not be considered as:

• Professional medical, psychological, or mental health advice
• Financial or legal advice
• Relationship counseling or therapy
• Scientific, factual, or empirically verified information
• Guaranteed predictions or outcomes

All sketches and readings are AI-generated and based on spiritual interpretation. They are subjective in nature. Any decisions you make based on content from Lumira are your sole responsibility.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using Lumira, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. Payments and Billing

All Lumira products are one-time purchases with no automatic recurring charges. This includes the Soulmate Sketch ($19) and all optional add-ons (Confidential Dossier, Soulmate Letter, Compatibility Reports, Financial Destiny Reading).

• All products are digital goods delivered electronically to your private account
• Delivery is instant — your content is available within minutes of purchase

• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• By completing your purchase, you confirm you have received access to your digital content

All purchases are subject to our 30-day money-back guarantee (see Section 5).

5. Refunds

To request a refund, email support@lumira-app.com with the email address used at checkout. We process refunds the moment we see your request. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After the 30-day period, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Exception: If a technical issue prevents access to your content at any time, contact us and we will resolve it or issue a full refund regardless of the timeframe.

6. Optional Add-On Purchases

Lumira offers optional additional content for purchase, including:

• Confidential Dossier (name, location, timing details)
• Soulmate Letter (personalized message)
• Compatibility Reports
• Financial Destiny Reading

These are optional. You are never required to purchase additional content. All purchases are one-time charges and are subject to the 30-day money-back guarantee.

7. Digital Delivery and Account Access

All Lumira content is delivered digitally to your private account at portal.lumira-app.com. You may access your content at any time using your email address and permanent login PIN provided in your order confirmation email.

If you experience any difficulty accessing your account, contact support@lumira-app.com and we will assist you personally within a few hours.

8. User Account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Lumira — including text, graphics, logos, images, AI-generated sketches, and software — are the exclusive property of CCC Media LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or share content from Lumira without permission
• Use Lumira's content for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Lumira and CCC Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided
• You use the Service at your own risk
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Share, resell, or redistribute content from the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
• Attempt to bypass payment systems

13. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.
