About Lumira Purchases

All Lumira products are one-time purchases with no recurring charges. You will never be automatically billed beyond your initial purchase. Your card statement will show LUMIRA-APP.COM (for the Soulmate Sketch and add-on purchases) or LUMIRA* READING (for paid library readings).

Digital content is delivered instantly to your private Lumira account upon purchase. You may access your content at any time by logging in at portal.lumira-app.com.

This includes the Soulmate Sketch ($19), optional one-time add-ons (Confidential Dossier, Soulmate Letter, Compatibility Reports, Financial Destiny Reading), individual paid Library Readings (typically $11–$17), and consumable digital products including Chat Credits used in the Lumira Chat feature.

All purchases are subject to our 30-day money-back guarantee (see Section 5), except consumable digital products, which are sold on a final-sale basis and are non-refundable once purchased.

Consumable Digital Products. Consumable digital products, including Chat Credits, are delivered to your account instantly upon purchase and are consumed through use. For Canadian Residents. Disputes shall be resolved under the laws of your province of residence. You retain the right to bring proceedings in your local courts. Mandatory arbitration does not apply where prohibited by provincial consumer protection law, including the laws of Quebec and Ontario.

For Australian Residents. Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
