30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind every Lumira reading. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked.

To request a refund instantly, visit lumira-app.com/refund or email support@lumira-app.com. We process refunds the moment we see your request.

1. All Purchases Are One-Time

All Lumira products — including the Soulmate Sketch ($19), Confidential Dossier, Soulmate Letter, Compatibility Reports, Financial Destiny Reading, individual paid Library Readings (typically $11–$17, available from your portal library), and Chat Credits (a consumable digital product used in the Lumira Chat feature) — are one-time purchases with no recurring charges. You will never be automatically billed beyond your initial purchase.

Your card statement will show LUMIRA-APP.COM for the Soulmate Sketch and add-on purchases, or LUMIRA* READING for paid Library Readings. Other product-specific descriptors beginning with LUMIRA* (such as LUMIRA* IDENTITY, LUMIRA* DESTINY, LUMIRA* COLLECTION, and others) may also appear depending on what was purchased — see lumira-app.com/charge for the complete current list.

2. Consumable Digital Products Exception

The 30-day money-back guarantee described in Section 1 applies to all Lumira products except consumable digital products, which include Chat Credits and any similar products offered in the future.

Chat Credits are non-refundable once purchased. This is because Chat Credits are delivered to your account instantly upon payment and are consumed through use. Once a credit is delivered, it becomes part of your account balance and cannot be returned.

Before purchasing Chat Credits, customers acknowledge that these products are sold on a final-sale basis. This disclosure is displayed at the time of purchase.

If you have an issue with a Chat Credit purchase — including a purchase you don't recognize, a technical issue that prevented delivery of credits, or a billing error — please contact support@lumira-app.com within 24 hours of purchase. We'll review your situation and address legitimate issues on a case-by-case basis.

Consumer Rights Notice. Nothing in this Section excludes, restricts, or modifies consumer statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, Canadian provincial consumer protection law, or any applicable US state consumer protection law that cannot be lawfully excluded.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@lumira-app.com with the email address used at checkout. That's all we need. No subject line required, no order number required.

We process your refund the moment we see your email. You do not need to explain why.

Each product has its own 30-day refund window starting from the date of that specific purchase. You may request a refund for individual products or all products purchased. (Chat Credits are non-refundable — see Section 2.)

After the initial 30-day guarantee period, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Exception — Technical Issues: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased content at any time, contact support@lumira-app.com regardless of the 30-day window. We will resolve it or issue a full refund.

6. Consumer Rights in Your Jurisdiction

Australian Consumers: Australian Consumer Law provides statutory consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

New Zealand Consumers: The New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act provides statutory protections that cannot be excluded. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is offered in addition to these rights.

Canadian Consumers: You retain all rights under the consumer protection laws of your province. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is offered in addition to any rights you have under provincial law.

US Consumers: Our 30-day money-back guarantee is our primary refund commitment. Where your state consumer protection law provides additional rights, those rights are preserved.
