We stand behind every Lumira reading. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked.

1. All Purchases Are One-Time
All Lumira products — including the Soulmate Sketch ($19), Confidential Dossier, Soulmate Letter, Compatibility Reports, and Financial Destiny Reading — are one-time purchases with no recurring charges. You will never be automatically billed beyond your initial purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund
Email support@lumira-app.com with the email address used at checkout. That's all we need. No subject line required, no order number required.
We process your refund the moment we see your email. You do not need to explain why.

Each product has its own 30-day refund window starting from the date of that specific purchase. You may request a refund for individual products or all products purchased.
3. How Refunds Are Processed
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase
- We process your refund the moment we see your email
- Funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
- If you do not see your refund after 10 business days, contact your bank first, then reach out to us if the issue persists
4. After the 30-Day Period
After the initial 30-day guarantee period, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Exception — Technical Issues: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased content at any time, contact support@lumira-app.com regardless of the 30-day window. We will resolve it or issue a full refund.
